MANILA -- Comedienne Pokwang denied that she is no longer part of the weekly sitcom "Toda Max" and that she has been replaced by comedienne Ai Ai delas Alas.
In a chance interview during the Star Magic Ball last Saturday. Pokwang also said she would not mind if delas Alas becomes a regular on the top-rating sitcom, which also stars Vhong Navarro.
"Wala namang problema. Trabaho 'yan, professional tayong lahat," Pokwang said.
But Pokwang was quick to clarify that she hasn't heard from the management of ABS-CBN if indeed delas Alas will become a regular in the show.
"Hindi ko pa po alam, may ganoon ba? Matagal na siyang nag-guest -- I think one month na -- pero hindi ko alam (kung magiging regular) siya," she said.
Delas Alas made her first appearance on "Toda Max" last August 3 as Ate Van, the cousin of Justin (Navarro), while Pokwang had to take a leave for a concert tour abroad.
