MANILA – It seems that things are going smoothly again between celebrity siblings Robin Padilla and BB Gandanghari following their reconciliation last week.
Gandanghari posted a photo of him having dinner with with Robin, their mom and Robin’s wife Mariel Rodriguez, on his personal Instagram account on Sunday after his live guesting on “The Buzz.”
“Healthiest meal ever... courtesy of my little bro. @robinhoodpadilla and lil sis @marieltpadilla... ayan ha sabi mo basta ate mo ko , e di yan lil bro. kita... Hihi thanks for dinner..., sa uulitin...Chos,” Gandanghari wrote in the caption.
Rodriguez also posted her version of the picture, describing the small get-together as a “milestone.”
“One of the most memorable dinners of my life,” she said.
The Padilla siblings were estranged for quite a while because the action star could not accept Gandanghari’s sexual orientation.
It was only when Gandanghari was hospitalized last week when they renewed their ties as siblings.
Gandanghari said he does not regret getting ill as it paved the way for the brothers to patch things up, adding that it was Padilla who first visited him at the hospital among his siblings.
He said it also made him feel better since, for the first time, Padilla addressed him as "BB," which he considers a turning point in their relationship.
