MANILA, Philippines -- Before he formally starts his duties as the new vice governor of Cavite at the end of the month, actor-turned politician Jolo Revilla is taking advantage of the short break by going on a vacation with girlfriend, actress Jodi Sta. Maria.
On Wednesday, Revilla posted on his official Twitter account a photo of him and Sta. Maria with their respective children at the airport with the caption: "Vacation with the kiddos! :)"

It wasn't clear where they are going or how long they will be gone.
Last week, Sta. Maria said she and ex-husband Pampi Lacson are already taking the legal steps to annul their marriage. Lacson and Sta. Maria were married in March 2005. They separated in March 2011.
They have one son, Panfilo Lacson III, while Revilla has a son with a former girlfriend.
