MANILA, Philippines - Singer-actress Sarah Geronimo has found another loyal fan, this time in Kapamilya star Angelica Panganiban, the girlfriend of her leading man, John Lloyd Cruz.
On Twitter, Panganiban expressed her admiration for Geronimo's performance in "It Takes A Man and A Woman," the singer-actress' third movie with Cruz.
"I will forever be a fan of Sarah Geronimo :) napagod ako kay sarah sa movie. Sa pag tawa at sa pag iyak :) i love you LAIDA!!!!," the "Apoy sa Dagat" actress wrote.
On Instagram, Panganiban posted a photo of her movie ticket.
"Wow!love! Youre sooo brave!!!" Malamang eto sasabihin ni idan pag labas ko ng sinehan :) hahaha!" the caption read.
In a previous interview, Cruz said he is not sure if Panganiban will watch his film with Geronimo. This after the actress did not watch his previous movie, "The Mistress," which tackles infidelity.
“I’m not sure if papanoorin niya because hindi niya pinanood ang ‘The Mistress’ eh. It’s a choice. Kanya iyon,” he said.
Earlier, Panganiban denied that she is jealous of any of her boyfriend's leading ladies.
She shared that she has watched the first two movies in the "A Very Special Love" series starring Cruz and Geronimo, back when she was not yet in a relationship with the Kapamilya actor.
"Pumipila ako sa sinehan sa dalawang pelikula nila, first day talaga. Fan na fan ako ni Laida (Geronimo) at Miggy (Cruz). 'Saka nakakakilig sila at saka iba ang dating nilang dalawa," she said.
