Sitting on a windowsill in a white billowy gown, Gomez poses for the pic while holding a glass of white wine. Relax, you guys, she's 21! Gomez is currently in the City of Light for her Stars Dance world tour. She posted pics with her fans, as she's being doing at every stop in the massive tour. She captioned one pic, "Je t'aime" and another simply "Paris." The Disney darling looked chic as can be in a pair of black skinny jeans, a black tank top and a high ponytail. She even rocked a pair of black strappy heels after she finished performing her concert. Just before her revealing shot, she posted a pic of herself walking up the stairs to the Crazy Horse nightclub. What a fun-filled (and dance-filled) evening! My oh my, Miss Gomez is growing up before our very eyes!

During a busy 24 hours, the singer (who won a Moonman on Sunday) flew from the MTV awards in New York to Los Angeles to attend her premiere for Getaway, and although her schedule can seem exhausting, Gomez was able to let loose and have a good time at the show. "It was fun, it was good," she told E! News. "I had Taylor Swift , my cousin actually visited me, so it was good that I had her with me. It was cool that it was actually in New York because it's never been in New York and to win it in New York was great so I was excited." most fan girls, the anticipated 'N Sync reunion was one of her highlights of the night, along with Lady Gaga's half-naked performance. "I mean, completely. I lost my mind," she said about the boy band performing together again. "I also actually loved Lady Gaga's performance, I thought it was very artsy, very cool. I was impressed, I loved it. I mean, obviously it's her, though. She's great." Gomez, who sat next to her bestie T. Swift, was surrounded by plenty of eye candy, but there was one artist that particularly tickles her fancy. "I mean, Drake's always nice to look at so that was nice. Other than that, I was just sitting with my cousin like, 'When am I gonna be able to go to sleep because I'm exhausted!'" Did you hear that, Drizzy? But when it came to dishing on whether or not Swift really said, "Shut the f--k up," to Selena while ex-Harry Styles and the guys of One Direction took the stage, the star played coy. No purple pasty this year! At the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, celebs ditched the wild outfits and instead opted for gorgeous Grammy-ready gowns. Leading the pack of elegant stars? Taylor Swift . The star was simply stunning in a plunging Herve Leger by Max Azria gown. She completed her retro look with finger curls and her signature sassy red lip. Equally as beautiful in navy was her bestie Selena Gomez (think they planned to wear the same color?), who for the second big event in a row opted for a thigh high split. This time her Atelier Versace gown only had one split but the top had an exposed bustier, which added even more va-va voom to her look. Also going with a sheer effect, Ciara glowed in a Givenchy creation with perfectly placed crystal embellishments and a feather hemline. The dress even had built in gloves, which may seem very familar to fashion fans. Gowns aside, there were a few pretty above-the-knee ensembles. Allison Williams was the definition of lovely in a white Valentino mini while Shailene Woodley proved the crop top can look lady-like by pairing it with a printed Emilio Pucci skirt. The newly 21-year-old star (who shares the same birthday as the royal baby!) looked cute and comfy in a basic tank top and sweatpants, appearing relaxed and at ease at the casual eatery. Selena wore her hair down and kept her black oversized shades on as she smiled for the camera, proving the best-selling artist doesn't need fine dining in order to enjoy her experience. This isn't the first time the "Come and Get It" singer has stopped by the popular dining establishment. In May, she tweeted a pic with a bevy of Hooters beauties in Boston, playfully captioning the photo, "Me and my Hooters..... smh." Gomez recently rang in her 21st birthday with a series of fabulous celebrations, partying with pals including Ashley Benson, Julianne Hough, Nina Dobrev and even ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber. Selena Gomez is celebrating her 21st birthday to the max. E! News has learned exclusively that before the Spring Breakers star has her big gypsy-themed blowout bash tonight in honor of her big 2-1, she also got her party on last night in Los Angeles. Gomez and about five girlfriends kicked off their evening with dinner at Boa restaurant, and then took a quick walk across the street to John Terzian's Bootsy Bellows nightclub. Once inside, the "Come & Get It" crooner and her crew were given a table in the front room and stayed until closing, dancing to music spun by DJ Devin Lucien. Gomez's Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson and Ashley Greene also joined in on the celebration when they arrived at the hot spot a short time later. Kellan Lutz and Nicole Scherzinger were also at the night club, with the source adding, "Everyone ended up interacting and having a great time." This is just the latest of Gomez's birthday celebrations. On the night of her actual birthday Monday (the same day the royal baby was born!), Gomez kicked off the festivities with an intimate private dinner with family and friends at Bagatelle restaurant. Earlier that day, she posted a photo on Instagram of her and a big group of friends partying in birthday hats, with the caption, "Guess what... I'm 21. UM, #turnupNOW." The next day, she appeared on the Tonight Show and told Jay Leno she "had a shot of Jack [Daniels]" when he asked which drink she sipped to ring in her milestone birthday. Kmart didn't want Prince George getting all the attention this week, after all! "I'm never going to forget that ever in my life," Gomez continued. "Everyone's going to say happy birthday to me and I'm going to be like, 'But honestly, it's the royal baby's birthday.' That's what I'm going to say." She probably won't be the only one, either, but it was sweet to see how she reacted to those 8 pounds, 6 ounces of history-making cuteness stealing the show this year. "It's crazy, I thought that was so cool," she insisted. "I was doing press the actual day of my birthday, so they were telling me and they were keeping me updated [on the birth] and it was cool. I'm honored." And don't worry, Selena, we won't forget you next year when the prince turns a whopping 1. Kate Middleton and Prince William welcomed their first child at 4:24 p.m., British Summer Time, on Monday, meaning it was 10:24 a.m. in Gomez's native Texas and 8:24 a.m. in L.A., where she now makes her home. Selena knows all about newborn-baby excitement, too—her mom, Mandy Cornett, welcomed daughter Gracie Elliot Teefey, Selena's first sibling, on June 13.

The very soon-to-be 21-year-old star (her birthday's tomorrow!) opened up about a number of topics during her E! Special with Ryan Seacrest tonight, including the struggle of fame and what she learned from dating such a high-profile celeb. "You are who you surround yourself with. I know that's such a cliché quote, but it's true. I've just witnessed it too much," Gomez said in reference to how she stays level-headed in Hollywood. "At the end of the day success is nothing if you don't have the right people to share it with, you're just gonna end up lonely." But when it comes to the glitz and the glamour, Selena admitted, "I've had my moments. It's fun to go to some of the parties and it's just fun to meet people." Gomez, who was last linked to pop star Justin Bieber and has maintained an on-again, off-again relationship with the singer, confirmed to Seacrest that they're not together at this time. However, her very public relationship with such a well-known celeb taught the young star what to do (and what not to do) in the future. "I learned a lot. I learned that I should definitely keep it way more private next time." Now guys, if you're already gearing up to profess your love to Selena, you may want to know what she's looking for. "Honesty," Gomez answered when asked about what she looks for in a man. "Egos turn me off, big time. I mean it's hard to just date in this industry, it really is, because it doesn't have to be anything serious, it can just be something fun—and it should be because I'm young—but, you just can't really help the people that you meet or that you fall in love with or that you wanna date. I want someone who can make me laugh and just be normal and understand my lifestyle and how I wanna live it." Although finding that guy would be nice, Selena's in no rush. Though he doesn't indicate when or where it was taken, Bieber just today posted a pic on Instagram of himself with Gomez, tagging the shot "#heartbreaker" (the name of his next song) and attracting 123,000 comments (and 637,000 heart-shaped stamps of approval) in just a few hours. They reportedly attended the same Fourth of July party—a version of events that seems to be supported by an Instagram video posted last night by Bieber BFF Alfredo Flores. The 15-second snippet is mostly of Flores wielding a crackling sparkler—until it quickly cuts to Gomez, tongue wagging in an "I'm feeling silly!" fashion, waving her own party favor. Instagram "blow it up blow it up! Happy Independence Day!" Flores wrote. Speaking of blowing it up, "Jelena" started trending worldwide on Twitter not long after Bieber clicked his Instagram pic into being. "Great night," Bieber tweeted, right around the time Flores was posting his video. Reps for Bieber and Gomez have not yet returned requests for comment. During a radio interview in May, Gomez replied that she was available in "every way" when the host grilled her about being single or not following her backstage smooch with Bieber at the Billboard Music Awards.

The wardrobe malfunction fairy was busy this weekend! Celebs Miley Cyrus, Amber Rose and Selena Gomez were each faced with an OMG moment in the last two days, flashing certain areas that were supposed to remain covered, and (unfortunately for them, but yay for us) all three moments were caught on camera. So, let's begin, shall we? The first victim was Cyrus on Saturday, who got dangerously close to suffering a double nip slip while hanging out (no pun intended) with an extra-lucky fan. The 20-year-old superstar surprised fans, including iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party grand prize winner Natalie Bergen, with an über-exclusive listening party in a private penthouse, when two surprise guests (yes, we're talking about her naughty pillows) tried to crash the party. Cyrus was chatting with the fans about a song she performed for them off her new album, when her top suddenly came undone. Luckily one of the contest winners was able to fasten it quickly before she was completely topless. "Natalie! Twerk Bitch/Love, Miley/PS Sorry about da titties!" Miley wrote on Bergen's signed poster. Sunday night was a double-hitter, proving that sometimes a nice breeze can work against you. Gomez was performing Sunday night at the 103.3 AMP Radio Birthday Bash in Boston, when a gust of wind revealed a glimpse of the flesh-colored underwear beneath her flowing boho-chic dress. The minor mishap didn't bother the singer, though. "What an amazing crowd!" she tweeted after the show. "Thank you @1033ampradio #AmyBdayBash Getting stoked for my tour!" And then there was Amber Rose, who flashed her badonkadonk on the red carpet during the BET Awards in Los Angeles last night. News has exclusively obtained the first photos of the singer and her new baby sister, Gracie Elliott, and they're even more aborable than you could imagine. The pop star's mother, Mandy Cornett, along with Cornett's husband Brian Teefey visited Selena at work in Malibu while the brunette beauty was on her lunch break for a shoot for her Dream Out Loud clothing line. According to an eyewitness, Selena "ran out of the studio door as fast as she could when she realized her mother brought the baby...She was so excited to be a big sister." We can tell! And it looks like her motherly instincts have already kicked in. "Even though the baby didn't realize what was going on, Selena was making faces, waving her hands…Her mom Mandy looked great and happy" the insider adds. The brunette beauty smiled and laughed as she held the little one close. She didn't feed the baby during her break (let's leave that to mom!), but she enjoyed snapping pics with her sister. "Selena loved taking selfies of her and the baby," the eyewitness said. "After each shot she showed her mom...she got the photo she wanted on the third try." And of course, the doting sibling made sure to give her sis a kiss goodbye before she headed back to work. Cornett welcomed her first child with Teefey just nine days ago. Selena Gomez Goes "Dark" for New Murder Movie: "It's a Side You've Never Seen of Her"

The 20-year-old actress, who debuted a sexy new side in her recent film Spring Breakers, is going to an even darker place for her upcoming drama Rudderless. "It's the parents' perspective of being the parents of a murderer, a mass murder like Sandy Hook," Gomez's Rudderless costar Jamie Chung told us of the film at the premiere of The Hangover Part III, which Chung also stars in. "You never get to hear the parents' perspective of dealing with the hurt and the betrayal and the anger and the love," Chung continued. "It's a really interesting angle on a story like that. It's pretty dark but it's kind of beautiful in a way." Chung says Gomez's performance is a departure from her Disney days. "The thing is, she's so talented, you're really going to see a different side," she said. "It's going to be a bit more fragile. I think it's a side you've never seen of her. It's quite fantastic." Justin Bieber didn't have the warmest welcome tonight. After performing twice at the Billboard Music Awards—once solo for his hit "Take You" and once with Will.i.am for "Power"—the pop singer took the stage near the end of the night to accept the first ever Milestone Award, but along with the cheers he's used to, Bieber was faced with some heavy booing. Instead of heading straight to the mic, J.B. just kinda stood there a little dumbfounded, either not quite sure what to say, or just didn't care to say anything at all. After a few moments (which felt like a lifetime), Bieber finally said, "I'm 19 years old, I think I'm doing a pretty good job and basically, from my heart, I really wanna say it should really be about the music. It should be about the craft, the craft that I'm making." He continued, "This is not a gimmick. I'm an artist and I should be taken seriously and all this other bull should not be spoken of. I wanna thank my manager, Scooter Braun. I wanna thank my family at home. I wanna thank my mother, my father, I wanna thank Jesus Christ. Mom, I love you so much. Dad, I love you. Little brother and sister, I love you so much. Thank you guys so much. Fans, you're incredible." Bieber didn't let the unfavorable reaction get him too down. Once the show was over, he went over to Twitter to once again thank those close to his heart, tweeting, "2 performances and 2 awards. Grateful to my #Beliebers. Our awards. Selena Gomez Releases "Come and Get It" Music Video—Watch Here!

Selena Gomez has been on a little sexy spree lately—and her latest project has upped the ante. The singer released the anticipated music video for her new single "Come and Get It," and after seeing Selena giving off a seductive come-hither look to the camera in multiple scenarios, you will probably be in the mood to do exactly as her song says. Between her focus on the natural elements—earth, wind, fire, water—we can see the star laying in a grass field, going topless in a body of water, getting up close and personal with an unknown man and performing the dance she first debuted at the MTV Movie Awards. Oh, and her critics will be happy to know that Gomez did not sport the traditional bindi decoration on her forehead. "I'm so glad you all are liking it! Selena Gomez Tweets Pic With Justin Bieber Fan; Couple Set to Perform at Billboard Music Awards

Coincidence? Selena Gomez posted a photo on her Twitter today, posing with an adorable fan wearing a Justin Bieber T-shirt. Gomez playfully pointed to the shirt in the pic and captioned it: "Spending time @VEVO with my littles." Gomez is currently in New York City promoting her latest single "Come & Get It" off her fourth studio album. The singer can't seem to get enough of the 19-year-old pop star these days. Gomez flew out to Norway to see the Biebs for a "personal visit" after his concert last week. During their secret Norwegian rendezvous, the "Boyfriend" pop star stayed The Thief, a six-star hotel in Oslo. The seemingly on-again twosome will be reunited once again for the 2013 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on May 19. It was announced today that they will both join a star-studded roster of performers for the big night, including Pitbull, Christina Aguilera, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift , The Band Perry, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.
