Media mogul Oprah Winfrey has been named the Most Influential Celebrity in the US for the second year running.
The former talk show queen has kept hold of the top spot on the 2013 Forbes magazine list, with editors crediting her headline-grabbing interview with disgraced cycling champ Lance Armstrong for helping her to stay ahead of the pack.
Armstrong used the candid chat with Armstrong to confess to years of illegal doping.
Winfrey, who garnered 48 per cent of the approval rating, has edged out second-placed Steven Spielberg by just one point.
