After an exciting night with Jimmy Kimmel yesterday, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted resuming their family duties with their baby girl North West, which included making a stop at the doctor's office in Los Angeles today. There's no word as to what prompted the visit, but seeing how the loving pair are "in the best of spirits," it seems that the appointment may have just been a routine check-up for their nearly 4-month-old daughter. Kim stunned in a casual sweater and matching pants—continuing her all-nude trend from Paris, which makes her newly blond tresses look even lighter—while her beau, who was still behind the doors, seemed to be wearing jeans and a flannel shirt (no leather jogging pants in sight). And yes, both Kim and 'Ye were rocking their "Nori" necklaces, too. The trio had an eventful night last night when Yeezy made a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, his first face-to-face meeting with the late-night host since their epic Twitter feud. Kim and North attended the show to support the rapper, and luckily, the entire interview seemed to end on a high note. Whew!

The star glows in a gorgeous ad for the new scent, which is a little bit of a departure from her previously sexy perfume campaigns. We can be girly and playful but also tempting and captivating at the same time. Combining the two elements was the perfect way to capture our full femininity. It's date night! Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West left baby North West at home and went out for a romantic dinner date on Friday, Sept. 20 in Los Angeles. But the new parents didn't spend the evening alone as a couple at Hakkasan, which serves modern Cantonese cuisine. It was double date night with Tyga and his girlfriend Black Chyna! The new mama looked fabulous for the occasion, wearing a very fashionable full-length pale pink jacket with a white top and matching pants. Her new blond hair was down, in a wavy style. The rapper didn't get as dressed up as his ladylove, sporting a black T-shirt and ripped jeans. Looking good, Kim and Kanye! The E! star was back to work this week, filming a holiday special with the fam. She instagrammed a picture from the shoot which showed the very blond E! star surrounded by red, green and white Christmas decor. The 32-year-old also shared a snap of herself and Kylie Jenner caught taking "#SelfiesOnSet." She also stepped out in L.A. on Wednesday night with an assistant, showing off her post-baby body and new blond hairdo. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who appeared fresh-faced without any makeup on, was dressed casually in flip flops, dark pants and a gray shirt under a denim top. She also sported a pair of black sunglasses.
