t's back to (parenting) business as usual. After an exciting night with Jimmy Kimmel yesterday, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were spotted resuming their family duties with their baby girl North West, which included making a stop at the doctor's office in Los Angeles today. There's no word as to what prompted the visit, but seeing how the loving pair are "in the best of spirits," it seems that the appointment may have just been a routine check-up for their nearly 4-month-old daughter. Kim stunned in a casual sweater and matching pants—continuing her all-nude trend from Paris, which makes her newly blond tresses look even lighter—while her beau, who was still behind the doors, seemed to be wearing jeans and a flannel shirt (no leather jogging pants in sight). And yes, both Kim and 'Ye were rocking their "Nori" necklaces, too. The trio had an eventful night last night when Yeezy made a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, his first face-to-face meeting with the late-night host since their epic Twitter feud. Kim and North attended the show to support the rapper, and luckily, the entire interview seemed to end on a high note. Whew!

North West's Big Debut: Our 5 Favorite TV Babies

Just in case you don't have the Internet (how are you on our website? What sorcery is this?!), Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's baby girl, North West, was debuted today on Kris via photo, and as expected, she's adorable. So let's celebrate yet another celebrity baby debut by talking about our favorite fictional little ones on the small screen. From an offspring set on destroying his mother to fire-breathers, here are five babies currently making our television lives much more entertaining: 1.Stewie Griffin, Family Guy: Stewie's evolution on Family Guy is the reason we continue to love him after more than 10 seasons of the animated comedy. He started out as a mean-spirited Brit obsessed with killing his mother and conquering the world, but now he's more into his friendship with the family dog Brian, and he's maybe but probably definitely gay. Either way, whenever we hear someone mention Cool Whip, we smile and think of good ole Stewie. 2. Baby Ron Swanson, Parks and Recreation: Yes, we know this baby is not born yet, but the very idea of meat-loving, scotch-drinking, tomfoolery-hating Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman) having a little baby boy or girl is enough to put this child on our favorite baby list. That's right, Ron's procreation is so awesome and powerful, his kid made the list before even being born! 3. Lily Pritchett-Tucker, Modern Family: Sure, she's cute. But we're mostly just jealous of her because her parents are Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson). Plus, Holly is one of the few characters on that show who has yet to murder someone, do drugs, sell drugs, lie, cheat and/or steal. But there are still six episodes left, so she could knock them out before the series finale. 5. Dragon Babies, Game of Thrones: They fly and breathe fire! What else do you want in your children?

After avoiding paparazzi the paparazzi all summer and limiting her "appearances" to two videos featuring only her face, Kim Kardashian was finally spotted out and about Wednesday. And she wasn't alone—Kanye West and their now 2-month-old daughter, North West, were with her, marking the first time that the trio have been photographed together since North's birth on June 15. Kanye, we've seen here and there, at baseball games, recording studios, etc. But Kim...Welcome back to the public eye, lady! We're still waiting for a look at North's wee face, but her blanket-draped car seat, glimpsed on her way to a doctor's office for a checkup with her parents, will just have to do for now.
