Kim Kardashian is a confident mom-to-be now, but was it always that way?
This week's season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami showed that Kim had her doubts at the beginning—along with some medical problems. Luckily, her family was there for support.
Of course, there's always some drama going on with this family, and with Kim snooping into Scott Disick's personal life, tensions between Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were high. Plus, there was Kim's worry of breaking her pregnancy news to Khloe Kardashian Odom!

WHAT WE LEARNED
To Snoop or Not to Snoop: Kim's bold move to put a private investigator on Scott came back to bite her, as Kourtney found out about the whole thing. As Jake warned, things went sour fast: Kourtney was so mad that she threw Kim's clothes over the balcony! As for Scott, he was hurt and angry as well, but opted for the cold shoulder instead of throwing clothes.
Leave Scott Alone: Kourtney had her suspicions about Scott as well, though. When she and Khloe started noticing makeup on his shirts, they wondered where it came from...but it turns out it was just from Scott's face. "I'm not wearing makeup, I'm wearing tinted moisturizer," explained Scott. Hmm, must be a lord thing.
Family Comes First: All the drama subsides, though, when Kim reveals that she and Kanye West are having a baby. Kourtney forgives Kim, and even though Kim worries about telling Khloe because of Khloe's fertility problems, Khloe is incredibly excited. "Why would I not want something good to happen to you?" she points out.
The final test is Scott, who is still steamed over the P.I. thing...but when he learns about Kim's pregnancy, he's genuinely overjoyed. "With Yeezy? That's amazing!" he exclaims.
Can you think of a more perfect way to end a season? We can't!
