Several local artists have been nominated in the upcoming World Music Awards. Daniel Padilla, Christian Bautista, and Jed Madela have been nominated in the World’s Best Male Artist category. They will be going against superstars like Justin Bieber, Korean star PSY, and Sir Elton John.
In the World’s Best Female Artist category,” Sarah Geronimo and Regine Velasquez have been nominated alongside Adele, Miley Cyrus, and Beyonce.
Daniel Padilla and Sarah Geronimo have also been nominated in the “World’s Best Live Act” and “World’s Best Entertainer of the Year” categories. The winner will be chosen based on the votes they will get from the people/fans who bought their records.
