Onscreen love team John Lloyd Cruz and Sarah Geronimo appear together in a music video for their latest film's theme song, "It Takes A Man and a Woman."
Released online Thursday night shortly after its premiere on music channel MYX, the music video for the "It Takes a Man and a Woman" takes the minimalist route by having Geronimo perform the song, initially as she sits on a bench, against a white background.
She is then joined by Cruz with whom she cheerfully shares affection, as parts of the songs lyrics' fade in and out.
The song, which shares the title of Geronimo's upcoming film with Cruz, was arranged by Paulo Zarate; mixed and mastered by Danted Tanedo; with music production by Jonathan Manalo.
Directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina, the film "It Takes a Man and a Woman" is the third installment in the series of romantic-comedy movies featuring Cruz and Geronimo as the characters Miggy and Laida.
A co-production of Star Cinema and Viva Films, the movie will hit theaters nationwide on March 30.
