MANILA – Actor Robin Padilla threw his full support for BB Gandanghari as he watched his brother’s show “Beauty and the Sweet” at the Music Museum on Saturday.
According to posts of Padilla’s wife, Mariel Rodriguez, in the image-sharing site Instagram, the action star even went up onstage after the show to congratulate his brother.
“This is one of my favorite moments of the night... when @robinhoodpadilla went up on stage and congratulated BB and Sweet!!!” she said.

Gandanghari, for his part, was obviously elated as seen in his post before the show.
“Aerial art dance... BB. and her hammock, tonight at music museum, fun starts at 8! Lil bro @robinhoodpadilla is watching later.... Yahoo!!!” he said.

Padilla and Gandanghari had a distant relationship in the past because Padilla could not acknowledge that his brother Rustom is now “dead.”
Gandanghari publicly admitted his sexual preference in 2006 on the reality TV series "Pinoy Big Brother" before he left for the United States. The actor then returned to the Philippines as Gandanghari.
But when Gandanghari was hospitalized due to a severe infection last month, the brothers eventually reconciled.
