Khloé Kardashian Odom's Transgender Accuser Is Asking How Much to Settle Assault and Battery Suit?!

Khloé Kardashian Odom can make her assault and battery suit go away—that is, if the price is right. Chantal Spears, the transgender woman (also known as Ronald Spears) who sued Khloé back in December claiming the E! reality star roughed her up in December 2009, is offering to drop her lawsuit if Kardashian Odom pays her a whopping $150,000. According to a letter dated April 3 from Spears' attorney, Mary Cochran, to Khloé's legal eagle Shawn Holly, Chantal let it be known that she's willing to forget the whole thing if Kim Kardashian's sis settles all of her claims out of court. The fisticuffs allegedly broke out outside the Playhouse nightclub on Hollywood's Sunset Strip and Spears has stated that she was in "great fear" and suffered unspecified injuries as the result of the now two-year-old altercation. Khloé has denied the assault allegations and previously said in court papers that she acted in self-defense and that the woman suffered no harm. A judge ordered the two sides into mediation and set a June 29 deadline to reach a resolution before they report back to court on Aug. 3. No criminal charges were ever filed in the matter. Attorneys for both Kardashian Odom and Spears were unavailable for comment. Spears' motion to compel attorney fees and damages was denied on May 31 and a post-mediation status hearing was set for Aug. 3. UPDATE: On April 2, 2013, Kardashian was granted a motion for a mental examination of defendant Chantal Spears, who was ordered to appear by Judge Michael Raphael for an examination at a doctor's office. The court approved that particular tests and procedures be done to Spears. The court is also allowing the E! star's counsel to record the exam and that her attorney may also be present.
