OK, so Amanda Bynes didn't get kicked out of a gymnastics class.
That still doesn't mean she's a class act.
Bynes was spotted smoking on the streets of her adopted home of New York City today, the 27-year-old starlet puffing away on what looked like a hand-rolled cigarette.
Earlier today, Bynes slammed a New York Post report that she was asked to leave a class at a Chelsea Piers gym (One question: Was it one of Suri Cruise's classes?!) because she showed up in an outfit that looked like underwear.
"I'm suing every blog saying I was kicked out of gymnastics," she tweeted. "What is wrong w/ u people? What would u do if u found fake stories about u?"
Bynes tweet-warned on Friday that she would be "putting up a photo of everyone writing articles about me from now on," and then wrote on Saturday, "If U tell lies and post awful photos of me on ur blog then ask me to follow u on twitter - I'll post awful photos of u then block u forever."
A source told E! News recently that Bynes' family back in Los Angeles was worried about her and were ready to step in and help if her, er, quirkiness escalated to a more alarming level.
