As Kim Kardashian's divorce battle against Kris Humphries continues to drag on in court, a part of the transcript from "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" producer Russell Jay's deposition on February 4 hits the web. It's revealed some of the scenes on the show were indeed scripted. Russell admits Kim asked the scene where Kris got down on one knee and popped the big question to be reshot because she didn't like her reaction in the initial take. "I remember, like, Kim - she didn't know he was going to propose at that moment," the producer testifies. "And she came in and she was completely surprised, and I think she had a bad reaction or something and she was embarrassed. So she said can we just, like, have me come back in one more time and be, like, really surprised. Because she had no idea it was going to happen. It was in her bedroom." In the court document obtained by Life & Style, he also admits the scene where Kim confided to her mother Kris Jenner about how unhappy she was with her marriage to the NBA player was actually filmed after she filed for divorce, but the E! reality show made it look like it occurred before the divorce filing. It's additionally reported that the scene showing Kim furious at Kris after finding out he threw a party in their hotel room while she was out of town was fake too. According to Russell, the brunette hottie who's now dating Kanye West was actually in the hotel and aware of what happened. Though the report seemed to back Kris' claim that the marriage was a fraud, there's another side of argument on TMZ presumably coming from Kim's team that Kris, being the one who proposed, must have had knowledge of the re-shoot and the show's "sweetening."
