MANILA - After buying a new home, actress Bea Alonzo is setting her sights on another property.
The Kapamilya star said she has always wanted to buy an apartment in New York.
"Maya't maya tumitingin ako, kaya lang hindi ko pa kaya. Pinapangarap ko talaga 'yan, gusto ko 'yung apartment na malaki 'yung window, hanggang floor. Tapos nandoon lang ako, tapos magti-tea or whatever. Gusto ko 'yon, sana ay makamit ko rin 'yon. 'Yun 'yung next level na gusto ko," Alonzo said in an interview on "Kris TV" that aired on Wednesday.
The "She's the One" star said she never thought that she could even afford a new home in an exclusive village.
"Kasi ito, itong bahay na ito, hindi ko naman inakala na mangyayari. 'Yung house kasi namin, akala ko 'yon na 'yon. Tapos biglang nakakakuha ako ng isang house sa isang village. So parang, 'oy, proud na ako sa sarili ko.'
"Tapos nakakuha pa ako ng isang house, so sabi ko 'baka posible pa 'yung ibang dreams ko in life,'" she said.
Alonzo went on to share that she is truly in love with New York City.
"I love New York even before, even maging kami ni Z," she said, referring to her boyfriend, actor Zanjoe Marudo.
The actress said she and her family are scheduled to visit New York again this December.
