MANILA – Singer-actress Nikki Gil returned to "ASAP" with a bang on Sunday after going on leave following her breakup with singer-host Billy Crawford.
On Sunday, Gil took the “ASAP” stage for a special birthday production number to mark her 26th birthday. Accompanied by the G-Force, Gil performed the hit song “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke.
After her number, Gil took the opportunity to thank all her family, friends and supporters who have been there for her.
She also thanked the Lord for always giving her strength, adding that she feels blessed.
“I would like to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for seeing me through all the seasons in my life. I’ve got my birthday wish and that’s to be whole again. So Lord maraming, maraming salamat for all your love and amazing grace. Thank you,” she said.
